Meet "Sarge"!

Sarge is a 2023 model Smoky Black AQHA Stallion. In addition to his AQHA registration, he is also registered as Buckskin Bred with ABRA, and solid Pinto with PtHA. Sarge is the 2023 colt of one of our foundation mares and RCSO Equine Deputy, On A Chocolate Hi AKA "Ruby". He is sired by Frenchmans Sparks (I'm sure some of you recognize that "Frenchmans" name!). He is a Grandson of million dollar sire Smoke N Sparks, who earned an AQHA Racing Register of Merit, with a speed index of 97. He's got a lot of SPEED in his lineage, with some impressive Western Pleasure names as well.

Sarge is full of personality! He is doing great with his training and is demonstrating quite a level head. As an added bonus, he is a LOOKER! When he grows up he will become a Deputy like the rest of our herd, but who knows what else he will accomplish! As a Yearling, he has already earned a PtHA World Championship and an ABRA Reserve World Championship. He is also an AQHA Grand Champion Stallion.
